3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or if an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will verify the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or correction.

The video must be recorded in real-time, starting from the moment you open the package. Claims for incorrect or missing items will not be processed without this required video evidence.
4. Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees when returning an item, and the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
